Bun Bo Hue (Vietnamese foods)

Bun bo Hue is one of the specialties of Hue, although ubiquitous noodle dish. In Hue, this dish is called simply "beef noodle". Other localities called "bun bo Hue" to indicate the origin of this dish. Food ingredients are rice noodles with meat, corn beef, pork, and red water features. Sometimes noodle bowl was re-added beef, crab rolls, and other materials, depending on the preference of the cook.
